We are seeking a Technical Team Leader to join our company, leading a team of technical support engineers, providing escalation support, and improving support processes to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Exposure across one or multiple of the following: Public Cloud (Azure/AWS), On-prem hosting (Hyper-V/VMWare), Networking (ideally Cisco)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms
- Experience in leading or managing a team
- Knowledge of a data centre environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Must have a driving license and be based within a daily commuting distance to Manchester
