Datacentre Lead

We are seeking a Datacentre Lead to join our company, with a salary up to £40,000 base + bonus. The role involves leading a team of technical support engineers and providing escalation support for private and public cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading or managing a team and knowledge of cloud platforms, data centre environments, and networking technologies.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor a team of technical support engineers
• Act as a technical escalation point for the team
• Continuously improve support processes and procedures
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients
• Monitor progress, track team KPIs, manage budgets, and develop new client technologies
