Job Description
Iterative Health is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead core People Ops programs ensuring a seamless employee experience. This role will focus on HRIS and payroll management, data reporting, and compliance across multiple states. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about building scalable processes for the future.
Requirements
- 5+ years of People Operations/HR experience
- 2+ years managing HRIS systems (Rippling, BambooHR, ADP)
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-state payroll and employment compliance
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to balance day-to-day execution with process building
