The People Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing core HR operational processes including HRIS, ATS, policies, documentation, and workflows. This role focuses on data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across teams and systems, ensuring a single source of truth for HR data.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration
- Practical experience working with HRIS and ATS systems
- Familiarity with EoR platforms like Deel, Remote, or Oyster
- Prior experience in writing or co-authoring HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean documentation and data integrity
- English - B2 level or higher (written and spoken)
- Confident using tools for workflow visualization
