Job Description
The Director of Professional Services – Project Management will organize, manage, and plan complex projects for Itential’s research, development, and product implementation efforts. This individual will be a SME in setting priorities based on both customer and business requirements. Responsible for leading, managing and directing implementation support activities for Itential’s Delivery Team.
Requirements
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- At least 5+ years of program management experience with progressively complex software engagements
- Demonstrated experience developing, executing, and following up on programs
- Customer facing experience in an IT Professional Services environment
- Excellent communication, verbal, critical thinking & analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Financial budgeting and forecasting for Services programs
