Requirements
- 3+ years managing technical teams in service delivery, professional services, or post-sales support.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation networking principles.
- Exceptional ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Experience managing project lifecycles and meeting SLA commitments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
