Assistant Program Manager - Residential

The Residential Assistant Program Manager will work with the Program Leadership to create a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. The role involves supporting Residential Counselors, planning daily routines, and providing trainings and supervision.

Requirements

• 18 months experience working with children and families
• 1 year of residential experience
• 6 months experience in a supervisor role (preferred)
• Bachelors level degree (preferred)
• Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and ability to drive vehicles
• Ability to bend, reach, move and lift 75 pounds
