Assistant Manager, Residential

Works collaboratively with the management team to ensure safety, stability, and professional guidance to residents in our care, promoting leadership skills to supervise TST Milieu Counselors in the residential treatment setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a social work-related field or significant residential/childcare experience required
• Willingness and capability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic issues
• Capabilities to implement appropriate child management techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation with a minimum of 3 seats, and proof of automobile insurance
• Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%
• Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%
