Canadian Research Analyst (Temporary)

ISS is hiring a Canadian Research Analyst for a temporary term starting in February 2026. The successful candidate will interpret public disclosure documents, apply policy guidelines, and complete qualitative analysis to support corporate governance best practices and shareholder rights at Canadian incorporated public companies.

Requirements

• Strong analytical abilities and understanding of corporate governance issues, corporate transactions, and capital markets
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Previous experience in Compensation Consulting or Securities Law is an asset
• Good understanding of business technology and experience working with technology in an operational context is desired
