Refrigeration Technician

The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for maintaining facility equipment including refrigeration systems, air compressors, electrical systems, and piping. They will direct contractors, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality, service, and cost objectives. Requires compliance with safety regulations and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
• 5+ years industrial ammonia refrigeration experience
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to work with CMMS program
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and noise levels
• Ability to work shifts including 8-hour and 12-hour
• Strong time management
• Teamwork and communication skills
