Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining hotel systems and equipment. The ideal candidate is thorough, practical, and able to work independently or as part of a team. The position may require flexible scheduling and the ability to work in stressful situations.
Requirements
- Recognize and report potential safety hazards.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile floor maintenance and repairs.
- Complete painting, minor roof repairs, and other exterior projects.
- Check stocking levels and replace when appropriate.
- Prepares reports for management.
