Job Description
Isla is seeking a Delivery Manager / Technical Programme Manager to lead NHS implementation projects. This full-time role (40 hrs/week) requires a candidate with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to drive project success within a complex and rapidly scaling NHS environment. The role involves developing deep expertise in the platform and shaping its direction to address challenges for partners.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm, passion, energy and the desire to make positive change
- Proven work experience as a Programme or Project Manager or similar
- Solid Account Management experience and desire to progress the relationships with existing and new clients
- Track record of high performance
- Evidence of a quantative, analytical approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong experience within healthcare
- Experience with NHS implementation
