Job Description
INSTANDA is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex clients, ensuring successful completion of projects within budget, time, and quality. The role involves cross-functional team management, stakeholder engagement, and digital product delivery. This is a hybrid position based in London, with some travel requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in leading complex projects or programmes
- Proven track record of managing delivery P&L
- Leadership mentality with the ability to grow and develop talent
- Experience in delivering digital products using Agile methodology
- Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills
- Experience in People Management
