Job Description
Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Procurement Professional - Internal Fleet to join our Global Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that optimize cost, performance, and risk across all spend categories supporting our commercial private fleet.
Requirements
- Develop and execute global sourcing and category strategies for commercial private fleet spend
- Lead competitive sourcing events (RFPs/RFQs), supplier evaluations, benchmarking, and award decisions
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements
- Own supplier strategy and performance management
- Partner cross-functionally with Fleet Operations, Finance, IT, Safety, and regional leaders
