HR Portal - Content Specialist

Iron Mountain is seeking a HR Portal - Content Specialist to support the build-out and day-to-day maintenance of our knowledge bases in ServiceNow HRSD. This role will work closely with the Global Content and Portal Manager and other teams to maintain and continuously improve our knowledge bases and portal, ensuring it is easily accessible to our employees.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources
• Experience working within the ServiceNow product and in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work in teams and independently with minimum supervision
