Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Site Development Strategy to join our Iron Mountain Data Centers team. The role involves leading land and power acquisition efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to secure sites for future data center development, ensuring long-term energy strategy and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Develop and execute the site development strategy across key regional markets by sourcing and evaluating land acquisition opportunities to secure future development sites.
• Lead energy and power procurement initiatives by collaborating with utility providers and internal stakeholders to assess power availability and secure renewable energy solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and local regulatory standards by managing zoning, entitlements, and permitting processes to achieve project readiness across multiple jurisdictions.
