Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Integration Specialist to join our Global Business Unit. In this role, you will operate at a granular level to ensure the precise integration of acquired customers onto Iron Mountain’s customer portal, billing, and invoicing systems.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
