Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our Global Industries team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving long-term customer retention, managing account health for enterprise-level clients, and identifying opportunities for digital solution expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related sales/operational field
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation solutions, including SaaS, cloud storage, and information governance
- Proven ability in strategic problem-solving and managing complex relationships within large, global enterprise organizations
- University degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; Customer Success certification (e.g., CCSM) is a plus
