National Information Management Officer

National Information Management Officer role responsible for data compilation, analysis, and reporting, as well as implementing data protection and governance mechanisms. Supports project implementation, monitoring, and reporting.

Requirements

• Support in developing a comprehensive data management system
• Collect, analyse and present data to meet project reporting needs
• Supervise the information management staff
• Implement information management activities in accordance with ITC Policies and Standards
• Support to implement the regional ECHO project(s) on anticipatory action
• Support engagement with other stakeholders to contribute to identifying synergies, facilitate data collection, and keep information up to date and relevant
• Work with the team to create visually engaging infographics
• Support the effective project implementation; support regular monitoring as per agreed timelines
• Prepare project status and progress reports
• Contribute to timely preparation and generation of local level information products
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations related to the project and mission needs
• Identify gaps on data and information relevant to the programme implementation and contribute to the preparation of project proposals aiming to address such needs
• Apply IOM's data protection principles
