IT Project Manager – ERP Implementation

We want you to grow with us - We are expanding our international IT organisation and looking for an IT Project Manager – ERP Implementation to join our dynamic and cross-functional IT Project and Portfolio Management Team. The role involves leading cross-functional projects that support our strategic transformation goals, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT execution, and taking responsibility for planning, execution, go-live and beyond.

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing complex ERP implementation projects, ideally across multiple sites or within a global organisation
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end ERP project lifecycles – from planning to go-live and post-implementation (BAU)
• Practical experience with system migrations, integrations, and deployment coordination
• Background in or close collaboration with an internal IT organisation; candidates with ERP delivery experience from consulting are also welcome
• Industry knowledge of manufacturing, especially food production, food & beverage, or other process industries
• Certified in project management (e.g. PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, APM PPQ)
• Skilled in Microsoft Project and other PM tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
• A strong command of spoken and written English is a must, and knowledge of German is a plus
