Requirements
- Proven experience in partnerships, business development or commercial roles within financial services, professional services or similar regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through third-party networks or referral channels.
- Experience negotiating commercial terms and managing performance-based relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM-driven pipeline management and reporting.
- Strong commercial judgement with an understanding of margin, pricing and value exchange.
- Data-led and outcome-focused, with comfort working to targets and forecasts.
- Confident relationship builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Organised, disciplined and execution-oriented.
- Comfortable operating within evolving infrastructure and contributing to its development.
