The role involves originating, structuring, and managing complex, high-value transactions, and maintaining trusted relationships with law firms, developers, and professional intermediaries.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years' experience in Escrow, TPMA, legal, or financial services
• Proven success in originating, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value Escrow or TPMA transactions
• Existing book of relationships or introducer network capable of generating immediate commercial activity
