Job Description
International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Global Manager, Workday and Financial Systems to lead technical finance systems initiatives, including Workday, Adaptive Planning, QuickBooks, M-files, and other relevant systems. The role will design and implement these systems, managing the Finance components of the Workday system, and collaborate with functional SMEs, HR, and IT technical support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, FIN, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years' professional work experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience
- 5+ years of Finance systems experience, including new module implementation, project management, issue management, communication, and change management
- Workday Pro Certified or willingness to obtain certification
- High proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools
- Experience leading technical projects, writing UAT criteria or scripts for technical system requirements, and managing cross-cultural relationships
