Job Description
International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the strategic and operational delivery of benefits programs for employees in the U.S. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement, while enhancing IJM's employee value proposition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
- 5–7 years' experience in employee benefits design and administration
- Benefit plan audit experience and experience partnering with regulatory agencies
- CEBS designation is desirable
