Job Description
Intercom is seeking a highly effective Lead Account Executive for their North America Commercial segment to drive new business revenue and accelerate growth. This role will focus on strategic planning, team development, pipeline management, and performance management. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying new business IC role
- Experience with complex and strategic deals
- 3+ years of management experience
- Experience building and executing outbound sales motions
- Strong understanding of forecasting principles
- Proven experience developing GTM strategy
- Excellent communication skills
