We are looking for a CRM Lead to own how Intellect engages members throughout their lifecycle from onboarding and activation to sustained engagement and long-term retention.
Requirements
- Design and execute lifecycle strategies that drive member registration, engagement with mental health resources, and continued product usage across enterprise clients.
- Manage and optimise Intellect's CRM and lifecycle engagement platforms to deliver targeted and personalised communications.
- Track and analyse key lifecycle metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and feature adoption.
- Develop testing frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Design engagement strategies that support positive mental health behaviours and encourage members to seek support when needed.
- 4–6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS, digital health, or consumer platforms.
- Strong experience designing and executing automated lifecycle campaigns and engagement journeys.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret engagement data and optimise campaigns.
- Experience working with CRM or engagement platforms such as MoEngage, Braze, Clevertap, or similar tools.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client-facing teams.
- Strong operational discipline and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
