We are looking for a CRM Lead to own how Intellect engages members throughout their lifecycle — from onboarding and activation to sustained engagement and long-term retention.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS, digital health, or consumer platforms
- Strong experience designing and executing automated lifecycle campaigns and engagement journeys
- Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret engagement data and optimise campaigns
- Experience working with CRM or engagement platforms such as MoEngage, Braze, Clevertap, or similar tools
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client-facing teams
- Strong operational discipline and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
