Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Systems Engineer to bridge the gap between human-centered design and complex satellite communication systems. This role involves designing, prototyping, and optimizing operator interfaces for satellite ground control and mission planning, utilizing systems engineering and user-centered design methodologies. The position requires strong communication skills and collaboration with various teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Human Factors/HCI/HMI focus or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or systems engineering, including experience.
- Proficiency with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Solid understanding of systems engineering principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience with design for complex, real-time, data-intensive systems, ideally in aerospace, defense, or telecommunications environments.
- Active Top Secret security clearance required.
- Ability to work across disciplines and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
