Staff UX/UI Engineer

We are a hyper-growth Series B company building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. We're seeking a Senior UX/UI Engineer to design and implement a modular application framework that enables multiple teams to collaborate seamlessly.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a UX/UI Engineer, Frontend Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and component-driven development.
• Expertise in design systems (e.g., Material UI, custom component libraries) and modular architectures.
• Solid understanding of collaboration workflows in large engineering organizations (Git, CI/CD, versioning strategies).
• Strong background in user experience principles, visual design, and interaction design.
• Experience preventing and resolving integration issues across multiple teams and modules.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) to ensure UI stability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a balance of creativity and engineering rigor.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to align design and technical decisions across diverse stakeholders.
