Service Tech

This Service Technician position is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, including ensuring clean and well-maintained living environments. Responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks, from electrical and plumbing repairs to ground-keeping and preventive maintenance, all while adhering to Safety Basics, Courtesy Basics, and Efficiency Basics. The ideal candidate will be a team player committed to integrity and dedicated to exceeding expectations.

Requirements

• Maintain physical integrity of community, including cleaning and well-maintaining living environments.
• Perform routine maintenance on property, including electrical, plumbing, and exterior work.
• Adhere to safety standards and follow procedures outlined by the Investment Manager and/or Maintenance Coordinator.
• Must be able to work with various equipment, tools, and potentially lift objects.
