Job Description
This Service Technician position is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of a community by insuring a clean and well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role involves all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs, as well as assisting with preventative maintenance and operating various tools. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and detail-oriented team player focused on safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of property maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle automobile insurance
