INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Chief Hospital Executive for its largest not-for-profit health system, INTEGRIS Health Ponca City Hospital in Oklahoma. The role involves leadership in organizational improvement, fiscal management, employee management, and community relations, contributing to the hospital's mission of partnering with people to live healthier lives. Requirements
- Oversee strategic planning, fiscal management, service excellence processes, employee performance management, and organizational continuous improvement.
- Maintain legal and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the hospital executive team and any committee.
- Participate in charting the course for the hospital in response to community needs.
- Performance related to communication, reading, writing, hearing and speech.
