Job Description
Union County General Hospital is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its operations and support the hospital's mission. The CEO will focus on strategic vision, safe patient care, budget management, and workforce development. This is a vital role within a hospital board and is a full-time position.
Requirements
- 8 -10 years progressively more responsible healthcare experience at the senior administrative level
- Experience as CEO, COO, or in a small town environment with a track record of operational, financial, business development, and strategic skills
- Proficiency in healthcare legal, regulatory, and financial requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
