We are looking for a Bilingual Talent Management Specialist (Assessment SME) to join our Talent Strategy team! In this role, you will lead the implementation of standardized assessment practices across Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology or Business or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Expert certification in SuccessFinder
- 5+ years of experience conducting debriefs for senior leaders (Directors and above)
- Bilingualism (French / English) is required
- Experience in human capital consulting
- Strong communicator with emotional intelligence, able to deliver constructive feedback independently
- Understanding of assessment standards, ethics, and best practices
- Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using Excel
- Skilled in leveraging systems such as Workday and vendor platforms
