Job Description
We're seeking a Business Analyst Operations Lead to facilitate and optimize Business Analysis processes at the Intact Lab. This role involves implementing best practices, enhancing cross-functional workflows, establishing training programs, and fostering a vibrant culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Analysis
- Prior work in large enterprises
- Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and bring about change
- Ability to develop compelling presentations that secure buy-in and inspire stakeholders
- Bilingualism (English and French) for candidates located in Quebec
