We are seeking an APPS SYSTEMS ENGINEER 4 - RED HAT LINUX 5/6 to join our team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have experience with RHEL 5/6, shell scripting, packaging environments, and tools such as bash, ksh, Python, CVS, Subversion, RPM, YUM, Red Hat Satellite, and VMware.
Requirements
- 5+ years application development and implementation experience
- RHEL 5/6 knowledge/experience
- Shell scripting experience with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple support activities
- Experience with packaging environments and tools
- Proficiency in bash, ksh, Python, CVS, Subversion, RPM, YUM, Red Hat Satellite, and VMware
- Clear communication skills with the ability to document and track details
- Ability to appropriately escalate and refer tickets to additional support personnel
