Job Description
SeibertKeck Insurance Partners is seeking a Benefits Support Specialist to assist in processing incoming and outgoing business, supporting Account Managers and Producers in the Life and Health Group. This role involves core administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth operations within the group and providing a supportive experience for clients. They prioritize risk prevention and cost control, fostering strong relationships with clients and carriers.
Requirements
- Support the daily processing of adds/deletes from clients to carriers
- Process changes following BAM instructions
- Maintain Form Fire and other support platforms
- Update policy information in Benefit Point and AMS
- Prepare renewal materials
- Assist in obtaining documents from carrier websites
- Work with applicant websites
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional demeanor
