Job Description
SeibertKeck Insurance Partners is seeking a Benefits Support Specialist to assist with daily processing of client information within the Life and Health Group. This role supports Account Managers (BAMs) and Producers in ensuring efficient and high-quality service, managing renewal materials, and assisting in pre-renewal marketing efforts. The company prides itself on offering competitive rates and prioritizing client risk management.
Requirements
- Support daily processing of client adds/deletes.
- Process form Fire and other support platforms.
- Update policy information in Benefit Point and AMS.
- Prepare renewal materials.
- Assist in obtaining and filing documents.
- Work independently and meet deadlines.
- Adapt to changes and adhere to Agency guidelines.
