Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at Inspiren, you'll play a key role in building the pipeline that powers our next stage of growth. You'll connect with senior living operators and decision-makers and help them see how Inspiren can make a positive impact.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or early-career sales role in a high-growth B2B environment
• Proficiency across HubSpot (SalesHub) and Salesforce
• Skilled at outbound prospecting and able to tailor communication across multiple channels to engage senior-level stakeholders
• Familiar with account-based sales and marketing tactics
• Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to translate complex ideas into crisp, relevant messaging that moves the needle
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Comfortable using modern sales tools across CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, and conversational intelligence platforms
• Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments
