Job Description
Network Technician position in Bunnell, FL. Provides remote and onsite IT technical support to client end users with high quality customer service. Responsible for resolving client issues in a timely fashion, performing onsite technical support and system installation, and maintaining knowledgebase.
Requirements
- Knowledge & Experience: Minimum 2 years IT working experience
- Excellent problem solving skills to be able to efficiently work client troubles to resolution
- Experience: IT Managed Service Provider (MSP): 2 years, Network Administration: 3 years
- Clean driving record, pass background check & Drug Test
