Job Description
We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Senior Academic Advisor with a strong ownership mindset to drive revenue growth through inbound sales and help build and refine systems and processes to scale our sales function.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
- Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot (or similar tools)
- Comfort with data and reporting, including experience using Excel or Google Sheets to build and interpret dashboards
