Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Store Manager in Training (MIT) for a full-time position at their Cedar Rapids, IA bakery. The job involves supervising team members, conducting interviews, and supporting the Store Ops Manager with tasks such as ordering and inventory control.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
• Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
