Job Description
Insomnia Cookies is hiring for a full-time hourly Store Manager in Training (MIT) at their EMU store in Ypsilanti, MI. The MIT will be responsible for supervising team members, conducting initial interviews, and supporting the Store Ops Manager.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
- Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
- Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
