Human Resources Specialist

We have an exciting new job opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist at the Cincinnati Job Corps Center. The successful candidate will provide support to the Human Resources Manager on all personnel matters and perform various duties such as customer service, benefits enrollment, and recruitment.

Requirements

• Above average public speaking skills and experience in same
• Above average verbal and written skills
• Above average problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Computer literacy specifically Internet, Email, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• One to two years previous Human Resources experience required
• Experience in Job Corps and or working with youth preferred
• Associate Degree in human resources management, or related field required
