Job Description
We are seeking a Career Development Specialist to prepare students for their future careers through personalized and group instruction, work-based learning opportunities, advanced career training (ACT), and partnerships with other training providers (OTP).
Requirements
- Above average public speaking skills and experience in same
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Above average organizational, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet placement and performance goals
- Computer literacy specifically Internet, Email, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work evening hours and periodic weekends
- Ability to travel periodically
