Depot Manager

We're looking for a Depot Manager to join our Reading team! As Depot Manager at InPost, you'll take charge of both our fast-paced services—delivering excellence across parcel logistics distribution. You'll inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance, safety, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management, preferably within a depot or similar operational environment.
• Strong experience in managing multiple services or business units, with a focus on both operational efficiency and customer service.
• Excellent financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving profitability.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within logistics and distribution, including health & safety, driver regulations, and industry standards
