Job Description
Biffa is seeking an experienced Depot Manager to lead and optimize operations at their Croydon depot. The role focuses on compliance, customer service, continuous improvement, and managing resources while driving profitable growth. It requires a proactive individual willing to take on a pivotal role in shaping the depot’s future and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations, Depot, or General Manager, or in a similar high-responsibility role within services or logistics.
- CPC qualification desirable.
- IOSH qualification desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commercially driven, and time-sensitive environment.
