Join our team as a Solution Engineer and play a key role in shaping innovative service strategies. Reporting to the Head of Service Strategy, you’ll work at the intersection of technology and business.
Requirements
- IT or Cybersecurity graduate
- Proven experience in an IT operational role OR in a networking technical engineer type role.
- Good understanding of Networking, SD-WAN, Wireless and the Cisco/Meraki portfolio.
- Awareness of Compute and Public Cloud.
- Familiar with industry best practice for service delivery (ITIL).
- Ability to understand a customer’s environment to establish professional service and annuity-centric service requirements.
- Commercial understanding with a winning mentality.
