Presales Engineer (System & Storage Infrastructure)

Ingram Micro is seeking a Presales Engineer to support system, server, and storage infrastructure opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, propose solutions, and provide pre-sales technical support for complex products and architectures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in presales, system engineering, or infrastructure architecture.
• Strong experience in servers, storage, virtualization, and OS platforms.
• Skilled in customer presentations, technical documentation, and BOM creation.
• Understanding of services scoping and deployment requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; willing to travel locally.
