The Marketing Leader (Product Marketing) will design and execute strategic marketing initiatives to fuel business growth, strengthen brand presence, and enhance customer engagement across industrial segments.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (B.E/B.tech) is a must and an MBA in Marketing or equivalent degree is preferred.
- 15–20 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial tools, manufacturing, or capital equipment.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, product marketing, product commercialization, and product positioning.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Business acumen with the capability to build a marketing roadmap.
